All products sold through the I AM NATURE shop are digital downloads, delivered instantly upon payment. Because of the immediate nature of digital delivery, we do not offer refunds once a purchase has been completed and the download link has been issued.

We stand behind the quality and integrity of every product in this shop. Each guide is rooted in verified botanical knowledge and lived experience. If you are unsure whether a product is right for you, you are welcome to reach out before purchasing and we will help you decide.
Technical delivery failure: If you do not receive your download link, if the file is corrupted, or if there is a verified technical problem with your order, we will resolve it promptly. Please contact us at nomzamo@iamnature.co.za with your order details and we will resend your file or assist you within 24 hours.
This exception applies only to technical failures on our end, not to change of mind, accidental purchases made after the download has been accessed, or dissatisfaction based on personal preference.
Because all products are digital and delivered instantly, orders cannot be cancelled once payment has been processed and the download link has been issued.
If you placed an order in error and have not yet accessed or downloaded the file, please contact us immediately at nomzamo@iamnature.co.za or via WhatsApp on +27 73 948 8814. We will review each case individually and do our best to assist where possible.
Important: I AM NATURE does not currently offer any subscription services or recurring billing. All purchases are once-off transactions. There is nothing to cancel on an ongoing basis.
When you make a purchase through the I AM NATURE shop, your payment is processed securely by our payment providers, LemonSqueezy and PayFast. We do not store your card details or sensitive financial information.
Your email address, provided at checkout, is used solely to deliver your purchase. We do not sell, share, or distribute your personal information to any third parties.
This site does not currently use tracking cookies or advertising tools. Your visit to iamnature.co.za is your own.
